As a historian, I often think about what it would have been like for people to live in or arrive to Canada during the last 400 years. Did they see the same trees as the picture below?
Were they captivated by the height of the trees, the depth of the forests, the tranquility of the ecosystems, or the strength and diversity of the animals?
