How did we get the name Canada? Here is one suggestion by Heritage Minutes from Historical Canada.
According to their website, “The Heritage Minutes are a collection of bilingual Canadian 60-second short films, each depicting a significant person, event or story in Canadian history”.
I grew up watching Heritage Minutes. I think that it it is genius to condense an encyclopedia of information into a 60 second commercial. I also enjoy tv commercials that have a story and Heritage Minutes was good at this. I remember watching their commercial and observing how different people faced trails and tribulations or navigated through the historical Canadian society and land.
Nevertheless, I believe that history and stories that are stored in the hearts and minds of people have such a huge impact on the land.
